The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Ex two time unified title holder Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Difference
As both boxers participated in the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly proceeding.
